I love this swimming pool. I have RLS, and kicking around in the water really helps. Plus, I've always loved swimming but will never be able to afford an inground pool. So I bought this pool for me. I'm 59 years old and it took me less than an hour to set it up. It's a nice way to cool down in the Florida heat. I like that the frame is made up of a very durable plastic. My old pool had a metal frame and it rusted after 2 years. The plastic frame will last much longer. I know that many people will buy this pool for their kids, but I gotta say, it's the perfect size for adults too. In fact, I'm the only one using it. The water is deep enough to kick around in it, and it's super relaxing just floating around on an air mattress. It's big enough, but not too big, so it's easy to keep clean. My one issue is the pump. After just one day, we noticed that it's leaking.
The pool is great, but the pump is not. At any rate, the pool is worth the money. I love it.

I purchased this pool. This will be the second one. We cannot wait to install it, easy to install the pump functions really well it’s got a quality build. It’s very sturdy. We bought this size to float and enjoy the summer sun. It’s 30 inches deep. it’s a very good quality Functions very well, I actually bought the pool mat to go underneath it and we plan to leave it up here around this year. We are going to build a permanent deck around it. I can’t wait to float this summer, my husband and I are teachers, and we look forward to relaxing at home this summer. , This is for us as adults the kids try to also use it, but we are normally in it most the time, it has a very good quality of material and the money value because I’m not having to take the kids places to swim

If you need a pool that's not so deep it's great to have my three year old can stand up in it and it just go to his shoulders my 8-year-old it goes up to his waist a little too short for my taste but it's perfect for the children and all the neighborhood kids but the pump that they send with it is a no-go the thing absolutely sucks you would think because it's a pretty decent sized pool round wise that they would send a little bit bigger pump but they went cheap on it but the pool was not a bad price either it was a pretty decent price but you are going to have to turn around and get a different pump if you care about cleaning your pool and keeping it clean if not you'll be cleaning your pool every 3 to 4 days

Off your yard is not perfectly flat or even, just add blocks under the feet to even out. It will last several summers if cleaned before taking down and putting away for the season.

You get MORE than what you pay for, BUT…
1st - The Pump (it is what it is) If we were keeping this pool, it would DEFINITELY NEED ANOTHER PUMP!
2nd - The Video (It is VERY MISLEADING! This pool doesn’t set up like the one in the video! The way the inlet and discharge hook up, is TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
3rd - The Drink shelf, that is installed in the video, YOU DO NOT GET WITH THIS POOL!

All in all, it’s worth the money you pay for it, BUT, the sellers could do a better job in marketing THIS POOL!

So far we've had this pool up for one week. The only issue we had was a small drip from the pump coming from inside the bottom. It was no big deal because the second I contacted the seller I had a new pump within 2 days. Our family loves this pool. The set up was super easy and quick. I've noticed several people reporting pictures of leaks coming from the hose. If you play with it a little while pushing it further on the connections it will stop. You do have to push the hose past the black o rings or it will leak. Try this before leaving a negative review. Don't over tighten the clamps either. Overall this was a great buy and worth every penny. The sellers are amazing, friendly and quick to respond to any issues you may have. I'll post more pictures as soon as I can. Definitely a 5 Star purchase.

We did purchase a new bigger pump, the tarp under it and the stairs. We have had 6 kids in it and 2 adults at one time. Very study and enough room for floats. used the stock pump for a week running 10hrs for like 4 days and it still didn't circulate a quarter of the water in the pool.

7/25 update
installed the intex c1000 pump this morning and wow what a difference. The volume of water flowing through now is 100x more.

This is my second purchase for the 12'. Had two 10' before. The last 12' lasted 2 or so years, but finally was leaking from the bottom and had to be replaced. The liner is tough but we placed on a rough brick paver surface, so it eventually wore out the bottom after 2 years. We break these down and store them for the winter in a storage box and usually get more than 1 year out of them. Totally worth it for the price. I just bought a 12' diameter pool pad to go underneath. This should help with the rubbing and hopefully we can have one last for more than 2 years. The last one we bought had a stone pattern, and this one is just plain grey. Its ok, but would be cool to have more design options. I do love the interior blue square pattern for this model.

I don't use the included pump. They work but have to be cleaned every other day. I bought a sand filter several years ago and only have to clean/empty at the end of the summer when I break down the pool.

Bottom line is that this is a great product that we love and use all summer to keep cool and have fun. The staff at Bestway should feel proud for building a high quality product that brings much enjoyment to many families. Thank you...

We were able to hop in and excape the 100 degree heat the same day it was delivered. I know my grandsons will enjoy it tomorrow and the rest of the summer. Make sure to order your clorine etc (and I'd recommend a liner pad as well) at the same time.

We did order the upgraded filter for this pool because of reviews. The pool went up easy took about 45 minutes. Wish it came with a tarp for the bottom we had a stick sticking up but it didn't come through luckily, we had to use a pliers and gently flatten it. I would recommend this pool so far it has been good will update if any problems but it's looking like it will last us and the upgraded 100 gallon filter installed great. Did blow a fuse so we had to change the plug that we were using. Nice quality though.

We bought this pool a few weeks back, and we love it. Make sure you get the model with the 530 gph. Also, buy yourself two filters so you have one available when you spray it off. We have well water; I had to wash out the filter twice a day for three days until the water was clear, but it is fine now (we have a lot of Iron in our water). No, it's not an Olympic-sized pool, but it does the job, and you still feel that you own an actual pool. The kids love it, and it's deep enough for adults to sit in. With prices these days to go places and this heat wave coming to the Midwest, you can't beat the cost.

I just put it up for the 2024 season (picture included), using the same pump and hardware. The pump filter is washable, and is the original that came with the pump. This has been a good purchase.

However, the filter started leaking. I reached out to customer service and received troubleshooting instructions, but unfortunately, they didn’t resolve the issue. I informed them, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They are doing everything they can to address the problem, and I am very grateful for their assistance. I got the 14 ft diameter, 33 inch deep pool and it’s the perfect size. I got this for my dog and I to cool off and exercise and it works great for both of us!!! Pretty easy to assemble, seems sturdy enough. I set it up on concrete.
The filter leaks where the hoses connect so that’s a big bummer. Minus one star because I have to buy new hoses or a new filter now.
Can’t beat this pool for the price though!!

Update: I got the pump to not leak by jamming the hoses on further and using double hose clamps.

Arrived on time. Set up of pool was done within 10 minutes with the help of my inpatient teens. Are in the back was where I initially intended to set up pool, but with further research decided to set it up on my concrete patio porch since it provided more stability and it's levelled perfectly for the pool. The pump included came with the filter and it works pretty well though it can easily get dirty and lose it's suction power to maintain pool clean. I suggest taking it out and pressure washing the filter plus a chlorine tab in the skimmer to help make crystal clear water. No complaints, no hassle to set up, perfect for a short term use for the summer time!

Best Summer Investment!

I was so hesitant to buy an above ground pool thinking it would add money/stress to my summer off as a teacher, but I am SO glad I did! I bought the 12x30 and it’s the perfect size. I float in it by myself as an adult, but there is plenty of room for another adult to float (or more). This would be perfect for kids too. I am a 24 yr old woman and I put it up completely by myself. It took about an hour to assemble and about an hour to fill up with water. It looks so nice and I have had no headache in keeping it clean at all. It’s been the best investment for a teacher on summer break in Mississippi. I am so excited to have this all summer.

For the price of this pool you get everything you need to get your pool up and running without completely breaking the bank. It’s easy to setup. I put the pool together by myself in approximately 30 give or take(Not counting prepping the base, straightening the liner while filling, or adding on the pump) I did pick up a pad for underneath the pool along with a cover, but those obviously were more for convenience. I do wish that the pool came with a ladder and a skimmer, as I can safely assume that most people who are buying a 30” pool have children, and most children cannot step over the side without putting their weight on it. But other than that so far I have no complaints

I was thrilled with how simple this was to put together bc I have to put everything together myself and I didn't want to hear my pitiful kids whining for a week about the pool I bought that I now can't put together. So, if you're mechanically inept or can't read instruction manual(there's pictures)...this is def the pool for you. I was actually surprised at how big it was. Idk how big I thought a round 12ft pool was gonna be, but whatever. It's a decent depth too(at least for my kids), the water level comes to about slightly above mid thigh on me at 5'7". The pump is decent, but if you plan on taking it down and reusing it, personally, I'd splurge on a stronger one and keep that for a backup. It would save you some cleaning time and effort. Overall, it's a really nice durable product with simple assembly/disassembly. I highly recommend it if you've never put together a pool. The instructions are easy to follow. I included photos of the pool, pump, and a close up of how simple the hardware is to put together. I also added a photo of my daughter standing next to the pool for depth reference. She is 5'5" tall.
