Took me about an hour on my own to put together but most of that was enjoying a couple of beers in the BBQ weather so really it's quite a breeze to put together.
Grill space is excellent as you can see from my photo. And even despite a few fires due to my over enthusiasm for fatty beef ribs the food was cooked to perfection and kept perfectly warm with the solid hood retaining heat and warming rack.
A slight issue with a damaged cover resolved above and beyond requirement by the seller, all in all VERY happy with this purchase.
