   My lego set was shipped without an outside box, (I.E. JUST the box it comes in that you would put into your cart at target). The shipping labels were covering parts of the image I really wanted for reference. I also did not want a trashed box. The shipping process left my box covered in dents and scratches. It seems like hardly any consideration was made for how i would receive this product. I wanted a clean, unopened, UNDAMAGED product. It's a good thing I wasn't giving this as a gift. It would seem that I sourced it from a SCRATCH AND DENT OUTLET.

   That said, this lego model was a joy to build. It is complicated to some degree but following each step will produce the functional model. The wings fold and flap and the landing gear and rear entry ramp fold open with some pretty amazing mechanics.
   
   There are some pretty amazing lego parts in this kit which I have not seen before. It is dubbed as a Lego "icons" series model but it is very technics oriented. It is a superb design and utilization of lego parts. It is also very large. It contains 1369 pics, 8 minifigures, it's 31 inches wide, 22 inches long, so it is a very large model. There is a 3rd party kit for LED lights by Bricksmax that looks pretty good. I haven't added it to it but it definately adds to the overall experience with these.
   
   I'm 110% glad I bought this one. I just wish the seller took more care of the product. Senselessly damaged box. Perhapse the seller is just too cheep to provide adequate shipping for their products?

   Lego

   My 9 year old grandson had fun putting this together. He needed just a little help with the blades but for the most part he had a great time.

   The item was refurbished although it was sold as new

   The box showed signs of use, which seemed normal given it was sent via mail. However, when I opened one of the bags, pieces showed dents and scratches. Clearly this was a used or refurbished product.
   I'm currently starting the refund process.
   
   [EDIT]: After doing some research, it seems I may have miss-judged. It seems my package was a bit roughed up, that's why most of the pieces show scratches. I will not refund it as it seems to be just OK.

   I do love this piece, I love how the wings flap and I love how the landing gear doesn't collapse in on itself when it is in the standing position so you actually get to admire it. The small problems that I do have so far is when you flap the wings there's a lego piece that comes off in the back just from constantly getting hit which can be a little frustrating, also I've had this piece for maybe about a month and the wings have started to bend and not stay in their straight position so that is a little frustrating knowing that the material isn't as high quality as I would like considering this is a Lego product. Also, it can be a little difficult to access the Landing gear control when the wings are in, so that is also a little bit frustrating.

   Movie accurate

   Set came complete , pretty challenging to put together, box did arrive with a small hole , other then that set turned out great.

   Cons: too many exposed, bright red and blue technic pieces that take away from the looks.
   
   If you want a great display piece, this may not be for you as they spent a lot of time on the functions/playability vs the looks.
