   I have to say I’m very excited that I purchased this before. It became impossible to get. I took my time building it and it is just amazing. It’s worth every penny and I highly recommend it. If you’re a fan my only complaint is how large it is obviously it’s the grounds, but it does kind of limit where you can put it but if you have a good place for it it’s definitely worth being a showcase piece

   The build was good but you do have to be careful with the smaller pieces. The assembly wasn’t too bad, it took me about 12 hours but I was taking breaks! Not as big as I thought it would be but a good size when it comes to storing it. They do provide plenty of extra pieces.

   This was my first micro build set and I was not disappointed. The attention of detail is amazing and make me wonder how long it took them to design it. From the walkway for the Boat House to the Great Hall, to the Green Houses and the Womping Willow, this is a great set for any Harry Potter fan. While some of the pieces were a bit hard to place, I am very happy with the results. This time consuming set is great for the price. It is not as big as set 71043 (the bigger Hogwarts castle), but is the perfect size to fit on a shelf.

   Tardé unas 11-12 horas en armarlo y me encantaron los detalles y las referencias a las películas. Pienso que está muy bien trabajado para el tamaño tan compacto que tiene y la cantidad de piezas. Cuando terminas el set, es todo una obra de artes y por el tamaño, lo hace perfecto para las personas que vivimos en apartamentos pequeños y que somos amantes de Lego.

   For Harry Potter and LEGO fans, this is an absolute MUST buy. I’m a pretty fast builder and it took me a couple of days- there a 2 huge instruction books and an incredible amount of detail. A really impressive display with a ton of detail and lots of easter eggs. The side and back of the model have some of the most iconic hidden Hogwarts locations in micro scale.
   
   I can’t understate how great a value this is. 2,700 pieces with very little repetition. And an exclusive minifig in the style of the “golden statue” figures from the kids’ sets. If LEGO made more sets like this for Hogsmeade or Grimmauld Place, I’d buy them in an instant. Or other IPs like Lord of the Rings.
   
   As for the reviewers with missing pieces- first, I’ve built over 200 LEGO models in the last few years and never had a missing piece. I’ve had some scares but it’s always still in the bag (usually wedged into a corner) or on the floor. There are a lot of people who immediately jump to blaming LEGO and not their own lack of thoroughness. So, take those complaints with a grain of salt. Second, LEGO does not hesitate to send you replacement parts, free of charge.
