I wish the directions for use had more information, honestly it's fairly detailed but this is my first indoor cycling bike and I wish I had more diagrams of the workings of the peddle and other parts, but I got it together on my own and was packages super well with Styrofoam and each component separately wrapped. Horrible for the environment but it made it here in perfect condition. 4 stars because the bikes electronic rpm, hear rate, and other information reader has to be plugged in constantly to work. It dosent seem to hold a charge. Which is a bummer since I should be able to pull it away from the wall when using it. To be fair it's a long charge cord, but I have small kids and want to work out without having to worry about then tripping on my bike cord. Im very happy with how quiet it is, and the levels 0-100, and the ability to lock the wheel and peddles when not in use, for safety. Fairly comfortable ride, decent amount of adjustments. Im 5' 4" and feel like I can get a posture that's okay but I've always felt like handlebars have never been able to slide back as far as I would like for my short arms and carple tunnel. At any rate glad I purchased something higher end that I knew wouldn't come damaged or at least that the company should be easy to work with if I have an issue in the future. Also, the cleets that came with my shoe should have worked, and kinda did after adjusting the spring in the peddle. I then tried the cleets that came with the bike, and even though they are almost identical, I didn't not have to loosen the spring as much and they clipped in and out so much easier. Before I felt like I was going to damage the cleet and peddle.
