I like the adjustable height feature for the desk, making it versatile for walking while working or just getting some steps in. The images clearly show how compact it can get when folded, sliding right under a couch. Plus, the option to use it as a regular treadmill with an incline up to 6% gives you a good range for workouts. It even shows you the calorie burn difference at different inclines, which is helpful.
The extra-wide running belt looks comfortable and safe, and the mobile/tablet holder is a thoughtful addition for entertainment or staying connected. And a premium sound speaker built-in? Nice touch!
With a 3.5HP motor, it seems powerful yet quiet, and the 280 lbs weight capacity is solid. The wristband remote control is another smart feature for easy adjustments without interrupting your walk or run.
It's clear why this treadmill is an 'Amazon's Choice.' It packs a lot of functionality into a compact and user-friendly design. If you're looking for a versatile treadmill for your home or small office, this one looks like a fantastic option. Definitely worth considering!"
Another thing I love about it is that I could convert it effortlessly.
I tried the walking mode and running mode. The belt is smooth with good vibration reduction system. It’s steady in higher speed. Overall, it worths the money! Very satisfied with this treadmill!
The display is simple and alternates between time, distance, speed, and calories burned. That's all I need. I don't use the desk feature, but I can see how it would be useful for someone working from home.
After just a few uses, I already feel more energized. It's easy to use, well-built, and does exactly what I need it to do—help me stay active without the hassle of a gym. If you're looking for a reliable treadmill to get back into a fitness routine, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!
Pros: Space-saving design, quiet motor, easy storage
Cons: Limited speed range
It comes pretty much already assembled. The wheels make it handy to move around. I keep it in my office but sometimes roll it out to living room (from hardwood to carpet) with no issues. However, it is still pretty heavy, so it does take a little muscle to pick up one end to roll it.
One of the selling points of any of the walking pads is the low profile and ability to slide it under your couch or bed. This did not fit under my couch, but I do have IKEA furniture, so it’s pretty small and low to the ground. Your mileage may vary. What I do like is that you can very easily store this upright without taking up much room. This is how I store mine when not in use and it gets it out of the way and out of sight!
I love that there a snap on “desk” that you can add to the handrail. The desk platform has slots for an iPad/phone, a water bottle, and little pop up tabs so that whatever you have on the platform won’t fall off with the vibration of your walking/running. I also love the max speed of this walking pad - you can easily run on this! Many walking pads don’t go fast enough to run, or have a big enough motor to keep up.
I haven’t used the watch remote control yet, as I always have the handrails up and the desk platform attached. It’s great for multitasking work with walking at a low speed.
Side note: Apple Watch doesn’t pick up your steps if you aren’t actively swinging your arms, even on an “indoor walk.” Because many times I’m working on my laptop, my arms are in one place and my steps aren’t bring tracked. To get around this, I put my watch on my ankle. My wristband isn’t big enough to latch on my ankle, so I just pull my socks up over it and it captures all of my steps.
Noise level is moderate. It’s not whisper quiet, but not extremely loud either.
The belt and platform are good sized. I never feel like I’m going to fall off.
The only negative (which is pretty minor) is that there is no pause button. You can only click STOP, which resets your workout, and your previous workout is not saved.
Pprovides both a full feature treadmill with an adjustable height handle and a desk shelf that attaches soundly and safely to the handle is included (not included in most other treadmills!). This allows you to customize to fit you exactly.
Provides a number of workout options and adjustable speads that can be managed on the handle cross bar.
The handle easily and safely can be folded down for an underdesk walking pad, again with the same workouts and adjustments available on the pad.
Assembly was as easy as taking it out of the box and plugging in! Took more time to open box and unpack (10 minutes) than to set up ready-to-use!
The unit weight provides a solid base and the unit is easy to manuver and store as well.
One note highlight the focus on customer support - after initial assemble and set up,the treadmill control panel did not work. I contacted customer support via email and was contacted within hours with suggestions for resolution. They were very clear in response and provided video instructions for the steps to take. The same representative stayed with my problem until I was happy with the resolution. This required a couple of responses but now everything fully functions and works amazing! This, in my opinion, is the single greatest reason for purchasing this treadmill.
The value provided by the equipment is much greater than the cost and I look forward to many years of service!
I have a home office & my work in criminal defense is stressful sometimes. At this age you realize you need to take care of yourself. I'm not nearly done with life and would like to live & be ambulatory for a few more decades.
I wanted a treadmill that would accommodate my size & weight & incline. I read all the reviews of this treadmill and several others. This seemed ideal for my small office.
For a treadmill it may be light but this thing is pretty heavy to get up stairs. I took it out of the box and lugged it up one step at a time. Be smart and get someone to help.
There is nothing junky or cheap feeling about this machine. Not at all. In fact it is remarkably solid & didn't strain under my weight at all. Plenty of power.
So far I haven't used the mode or program buttons. I turn it on and set the speed, went up to 2.5 mph for my first walk (not inclined yet). Walked half an hour, 1.1 miles, burned about 80 calories.
Now, I learned with my Apple Watch a while ago to not be discouraged by calorie counts that are lower than you expected. Your count will go up as you get used to walking and walk for longer times.
The display alternate between time, distance, speed & calories. It's a good, useful display. I don't use the desk part. At my height I need that room.
The pros so far is that I got what I wanted, a good, high quality simple machine to get walking exercise.
Everyone, especially older people should use the safety clip. You clip it to your clothes and it attaches to the control panel via magnet, so if you fall the magnet detaches and the treadmill stops.
No cons yet, but some considerations. I can take long strides walking on it, but if you are tall and want to run on a treadmill you should consider a bigger machine.
Next, the track is not so narrow as to be a problem but be careful, use the handlebars a little at first to practice for a habit of a straight gait.
When I let myself drift back on the walking pad, my big feet/heels would catch little cowlings or covers at the end and side of the pad, making a "snap" sound. That's why I practiced a narrow gait. Easy fix.
Next, have your water, phone & anything you might want like a tv remote right there. I have shelves and next time will have it all right there. Don't look over your shoulder to grab something. It's destabilizing.
I have a tv in my office and watched a show while I watched (although mostly I watched my feet and the control panel).
By happy accident I have a fan 3 feet away. Get one. You'll get hot.
But man my first walk felt good! I worked up a sweat & felt like I got some exercise!
Since I'm older and writing this for older people who want to walk and work up a sweat, this is what you're looking for. I feel no hesitation recommending it.
I'll update this if anything major changes.

Update 11/24/24 Still going strong with no issues. Lubricated the belt as per instructions and good for a while. Still recommend this treadmill 100%
This has to be the most underrated folding treadmill out there. My hunt for a folding treadmill started about a month ago when I was approaching my 65th birthday. Needing to keep active but not having the room for full size treadmill and needed to find something to fold up and slide under the bed when needed. The number of brands and models were confusing to sort through and the ratings were all over the scale. I tried 2 different models from another brand with more features, app and tracking, but they felt cheap and not comfortable to use so back they went. Knowing that If I settled with the shortcoming's they either wouldn't last or I would quit using it because I wasn't really satisfied with it from the start. Being frustrated with the whole process I was second guessing the plan of a portable treadmill and considered other indoor exercise options. But not having room for exercise equipment I was frustrated. By chance while watching hundreds of review videos on these weird named treadmills I came across one mentioning the Hccsport and It seemed like it had good reviews with the negative reviews being mostly shipping related or setup errors. Digging deeper this one seemed like a winner, but why wasn't it talked about more, not popular like the other brands everybody is promoting? So I ordered it and when I received and set it up I was impressed. Everything I disliked about the other two I tried were solved. It was sturdy, I didn't feel like I was walking on a mushy unstable surface, The flip up handle height is adjustable, the add on tray table is helpful for a laptop and stable enough to actually use. It's quiet and with a 3hp motor I don't think I will have problems with it burning up due to being underpowered like the other 2.5hp models I had.
My dislikes?
1) Well I wish it had an app to track data, but I use my apple fitness for that.
2) It's heavier than the others, but it's stable so I can accept that.
3) The startup tone is loud and annoying for a second but not a big deal. Tape over the speaker fixes that.
4) It doesn't have a pause feature, just start/stop. But not a big deal as it doesn't retain the workout data after you finish anyway. I use the apple fitness app to pause if needed.
5) All these type of treadmills seem to have to motor cooling vents on the bottom of the motor cage. If you place them on carpet the vents will be blocked causing the motor to overheat. So a mat is needed to prevent this. Or with the adjustable incline just raise it up and get it off the carpet.
What I like?
1) It's a tank but a small tank. Well made and I feel like it won't fall apart in 18 months.
2) Quiet and stable walking platform. I feel balanced and comfortable using it.
3) The adjustments and locking levers for the folding bar are metal and sturdy so they will last.
4) 3hp motor is more than enough to not strain with my 220lb load. After an hour it's barely warm.
5) I can set the bar/tray height to exactly the right height making it comfortable to use an iPad.
6) The popup wheels are great if you store it upright and makes it stable so it won't fall over.
7) The overall build quality is well thought out and attention to detail is there.
If it had a app to keep track of your workout this thing would be perfect!
I guess time will tell but I feel like this treadmill is the best buy for the money. The other ones are more promoted and have thousands of reviews all over the place from "I love it" to "this thing is garbage" and this one has less than a thousand but the reviews are solid and seem honest and not influenced by promotions. I could have saved a hundred bucks staying with one of the other two purchased but It would have been a compromise for comfort and I would stop using it making it a clothes rack or it would have broken within a year.
We will see how it goes but I feel confident with this HCC and time will tell.
If something changes I will be sure to update my review.
I did a ton of walking pad/treadmill research before I finally decided to purchase this particular one. Very happy with the price point, the ease of ordering, the quick shipping, and the packaging was great for the purposes of getting this to my house protected.
I chose this particular walking pad as it was the highest horsepower in the models I reviewed with 3.5 horsepower. It also has a 8 mph max, quiet operation, and a remote for non-desk operation. The dimensions were preferable as well - H 47" D 55" W 27". This was also the longest track length out of the models I looked at. This was important for me because I am not super tall (5'6"), but I tend to have a longer stride. Could be a wider track, but I don't plan to use it for running.
It is pretty light weight for a treadmill or walking pad (85 pounds), but it is big so I did need some help in navigating it up the stairs and turning it over. It is very compact and I love that it can slide under the couch if I wanted to put it away. It is low profile and does not look bad set up in my great room either. Finally the biggest feature that sold me was the desk attachment. While I wish that it had had a few more inches of height (it is adjustable), I am still happy with it being able to support my laptop. Its sturdy enough and has a cup holder and features to hold your phone, tablet or laptop in place. I hope to be able to walk now during my meetings to reach my step goals.
The one thing I will say I struggled with a bit was that when I turned it on initially, the belt would not move. After a couple of restarts and investigations I noticed the middle feet were not touching the ground so they needed to be touching to operate? I am still not sure this is exactly what made the belt finally move, but it was the only thing we adjusted. Once the unit was stabilized, I turned it back on. Applied the safety magnet and started in on my first walk. I do wish that there had been troubleshooting directions for this issue as it would seem to me to be a fairly common issue. Page 17 of the manual does state that you should make sure that the middle foot pads match to the flatness of the ground, but it does not say that these need to be adjusted as part of the operating directions. This is the only reason this gets 4 instead of 5 stars.
Overall I am excited to see how this changes my routine and I hope to be sitting less while I am working.
Usually, emails to Amazon sellers can sometimes take days for a reply, but I got a response within a few hours. To make a long story short, they didn’t have the items for sale, but they generously offered to replace these items at no cost, even though it was through no fault of their own. This is the kind of customer service response that will guarantee customer goodwill and repeat business.
Now, about the treadmill - I purchased it specifically because I wanted a machine I could use with my standing desk. There were several models of treadmills at about the $200 price point, but even though this model was a little more expensive, I liked the enhancements it brought to the table - the folding handrail, vertical storage, easy mobility, and robust construction.
As mentioned above, I was starting it up without the benefit of the owners manual; so I just went for it. Just plugging it into the wall didn’t result in any lights or sounds, so I looked and found a power switch next to the cord entry. Turning it on caused an incessant beeping, which upon investigation turned out to be the lack of the safety key. Since I didn’t have that either, I did a bit more investigation and found out a magnet was involved. I found a neodymium disc magnet about 3/4” in diameter, placed it in the center of the key area, and the beeping stopped. (Now you know what to do if you ever break or lose the key).
It still took a little figuring it out how to get it started. Turns out, you need to select a program and time first. Once I did that, I was able to try out the various adjustments. It’s not a $1000 treadmill like you see at the gym, but it is perfectly suited to home use with its portability and easy storage.
The only thing I wish this (and other exercise equipment) had was a dedicated phone/tablet charging solution that also includes headphone access. Now that the 3.5mm audio jack has disappeared from most devices, you are faced with either using wired headphones or charging but only one at a time. It would be nice if equipment included a 3.5mm headphone jack connected to a power sharing device so you can enjoy audio and charging at the same time.
I am incredibly pleased with this purchase, both the product and the seller. Their exemplary customer service has earned them my repeat business.
